Compensation & Benefits
  • Earnings: Base salary + Commission. Realistic first‑year earnings of $50,000 – $70,000
    , with top performers surpassing $100,000+.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage Your Business: Lead‑generation and prospecting, while participating in our fair‑share dealership showroom lead rotation.

  • Be the Expert: Provide transparent information to customers (the "first time they ask") to help them make the best choice.

  • Build a Following: Drive success through vehicle units sold, ensuring your customers feel respected and valued throughout the process.

What You'll Need to Succeed (Requirements)
  • Growth Mindset: High energy, self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and a "team‑first" attitude.

  • Communication & Honesty: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to providing transparent information.

  • People First: Excellent customer service skills; you should genuinely enjoy building long‑term relationships.

  • The Essentials: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

  • Professionalism: Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
