Evolis Sales Representative EMEA

Evolis designs, manufactures, and markets a comprehensive range of solutions for identifying people and goods. Evolis also markets card accessories, electronic signature pads, training and service offers. Join the EMEA Sales team of about twenty people, and actively participate in the development and animation of our network of distributors and resellers in your area. You will work in tandem with a Sales Executive and will be particularly focused on the area in Europe in Spain and Italy.

After a period of internal training (in our sales methods), the discovery of our products and our distribution channel, your missions will be:

  • Qualify and track inbound leads by analyzing their potential and turning them into concrete business opportunities.
  • Identify and prospect with new players in different markets with a focus in Spain and Italy to retain the best profiles and encourage them to join our network.
  • Animate the network of existing resellers, with the implementation and monitoring of action plans specific to each one to promote their development. You will be their main point of contact to advise, train and support them in their business initiatives.

You will be working closely with your colleagues from the EMEA Sales, Marketing, Project team.

• Degree equivalent to a 2–3 year higher education qualification (Associate/Bachelor's level)

• Strong Spanish proficiency (minimum B2 level), Italian will be a plus

• At least 3 years of professional experience and some experience in export business development.

• Interest in technical/technology-driven products

• Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with partners in an international environment and adapt to a wide range of stakeholders and situations

• Organized, energetic, team player The role involves occasional travel.
