Responsibilities include:

• Consulting customers on the purchase and sale of mobile phones and tablets
• Building trustful and friendly customer relationships through personal consultation
• Developing individual offers tailored to the needs of our customers
• Supporting other product areas
• Ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Participating in and managing events in the store
• Expanding your knowledge in the exciting product world of GALERIA

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
• Interest in technology and digital products
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people
• Self-motivation and goal-orientation
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility
• Fluent German language skills
