We are looking for a high-energy Sales Assistant to support our sales team today while training to become a Sales Consultant tomorrow.
This is a unique opportunity to learn the automotive industry from the ground up in a transparent, "no-games" environment. Our philosophy is simple:

- Support the Mission:
Provide vital administrative support to our sales team, including CRM data entry, appointment scheduling, and coordinating paperwork. - Customer Concierge:
Assist customers with initial inquiries, ensuring they receive the fast, honest information Pauli Ford is known for. - Learn the Ropes:
Shadow our top-performing Sales Consultants to learn the sales process, vehicle technology, and relationship-building skills. - "Stepping Stone":
Master the administrative side of the business with the long-term goal of transitioning into a full Sales Consultant role.
- Pay:
Competitive hourly wage. - Growth: A defined path to move into a Consultant role (where realistic earnings are $50k-$70k, with $100k+ potential).
- Support:

- Organization:
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Tech-Savvy:

- The Essentials:
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. - Professionalism:
