Sales Support Representative - Residential

Job Overview

Ferguson, a Fortune 500 company, is hiring Sales Support Representatives to support customer needs in the Commercial/Mechanical, Facilities Supply, Fire and Fabrication, HVAC, Industrial, Residential Trade and other industries.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.

• Work with sales associates to support customer needs and determine best products and solutions.
• Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer-service oriented with ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

• Pay Range: $19.65 - $31.41 per hour.
• Bonus or incentive plan eligibility.
