• Responsible for supporting external and internal lighting products for customers
• Partner with program management to define customer strategy for assigned product groups
• Maintain a strong customer network. Identify customers’ needs, align with FORVIA HELLA strategy and coordinate program functions
• Lead acquisitions and ensure the profitable growth of the account. This includes new program and change management stages
• Plan and execute prices and reimbursements of your projects. In case of deviations, you actively trigger the needed actions to ensure the budget
• Conduct problem solving to mitigate any issues that could occur during the design process

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of sales experience in a similar position in the automotive industry — lighting industry preferred
• Experience in working with J/K OEM customers and existing customer network
• Open-minded personality, easy to approach and able to motivate and inspire others
• Strong interest in selling highly innovative and complex products
• Ability to speak Japanese or Korean is preferred but not required
