Your tasks

• Sell laundry solutions to existing customers, provide expert advice and acquire new customers in your region to grow continuously
• Support your customers in the area of in-house laundries
• Develop customer-specific washing programs for new and existing customers with the goal of saving water and energy
• Conduct regular service visits and training sessions for our customers
• Monitor the market and competition, derive strategies and measures, and accompany the introduction of new products
• Work closely with trade partners, within the team, and with colleagues from other divisions
• Plan your sales and distribution activities independently
• Act as an Ecolab brand ambassador and share best practices in the areas of cleaning and safety, water, sustainability, efficiency, and innovation

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical education and/or completed technical or business administration studies
• First sales experience in B2B environment as well as technical understanding desirable
• A high level of communication and contact strength, negotiation skills, and service orientation
• Team player with a high level of willingness to learn, initiative, and a hands-on mentality
• Goal-oriented and structured working style as well as interest in dynamic work processes and frequently changing tasks with different customers
• Proficient PC skills (especially MS Office); experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) desirable
• Good English skills in speech and writing
• Driving license class B and willingness to travel within your own sales area
