We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Account Representative to join our growing team. This role combines customer support, relationship management, and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and helping them find solutions that meet their needs.
As an Account Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting clients, generating new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the agency.
What You’ll Do- Communicate with prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist clients with account questions, updates, and service requests.
- Generate quotes and present appropriate coverage options.
- Follow up with leads and referrals to build new business opportunities.
- Conduct account reviews and identify additional products or services that may benefit clients.
- Support retention efforts by providing outstanding customer service.
- Process account changes and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve agency goals and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or relationship-building experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and having consultative conversations.
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
