Bekins is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Window Treatment Design & Sales Professional to work with homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers throughout West Michigan. This exciting role combines sales, design consultation, project management, and relationship development to help clients select the perfect window treatment solutions for new construction and existing homes. This position starts at $21/hr with a Monday - Friday work schedule.

• Meet with homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers to understand project goals and requirements.
• Specify, design, and sell custom interior and exterior window treatment solutions.
• Conduct in-home and onsite consultations, measurements, and product presentations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, designers, and key industry partners.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project specifications.
• Manage projects from consultation through installation to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, technologies, and design applications.
• Work closely with installation and support teams to ensure flawless project execution.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence throughout West Michigan.

• Sales experience, preferably in window treatments, interior design, construction, building products, home furnishings, or related industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and develop long-term client relationships.
• Design-oriented mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience working with architects, builders, and interior designers preferred.
• Knowledge of motorized shading systems, exterior shading products, and smart home integrations preferred.
• Background in interior design, architecture, construction, or home improvement sales preferred.
