Business Account Executive

Clearwave Fiber LLC seeks a Business Account Executive to drive B2B growth for our fiber internet, voice, and data solutions. In this field-based role, you will prospect and qualify business customers, perform needs assessments, and craft tailored connectivity solutions for underserved markets. You'll manage a territory and book of business, build strong customer relationships, and meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.

Working closely with marketing, engineering, and operations, you ensure a smooth implementation and exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for a motivated hunter-farmer seller passionate about transforming how businesses connect.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new small to mid-sized business customers for fiber-based services
• Manage and grow an assigned book of business accounts
• Conduct customer needs assessments and present tailored telecom solutions
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts in alignment with company guidelines
• Negotiate and close new and renewal agreements to meet sales targets
• Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity in CRM tools
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations on service delivery
• Provide ongoing account management and customer support post-sale
• Represent Clearwave Fiber at local business and community events
• Stay current on competitive offerings and market trends in telecom
