Dow is seeking a Customer Manager to lead key manufacturing accounts and drive profitable growth. In this role, you will build deep relationships with customers, understand their technical and commercial needs, and translate them into tailored solutions across Dow's materials portfolio. You will coordinate with supply chain, production, and technical teams to ensure reliable delivery, quality, and safety. The Customer Manager will analyze market trends, develop account plans, negotiate contracts, and identify new revenue opportunities aligned with sustainability and performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of manufacturing customer accounts to drive retention and growth
- Develop account plans, forecasts, and sales pipelines using data and market insights
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and technical teams to meet customer needs
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service-level agreements
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly to protect revenue
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Dow's product portfolio
- Prepare reports on account performance, trends, and risks for leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Support new product introductions and sustainability-focused solutions
- Represent Dow at customer meetings, industry events, and reviews
