Responsibilities

The Junior Sales Associate will be assisting the Senior Sales Staff;
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the vehicles that best meet their needs.
Educate customers on vehicle features, benefits, and available options.
Assist the Sales staff with getting vehicles ready for a test drive / deliveries
Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
Assist the Senior Sales Staff in delivering vehicles, going over the New technology,.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory and promotions.

Requirements

No Previous sales experience is necessary, it would be a plus. .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Time management
A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to learn and adapt to new product information and sales techniques.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
Great entry point into sales with a roadmap to become a full sales associate.
