Sunberry Limited LLC, based in Farmington Hills MI, is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

As an inside sales representative, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners and brokerage companies, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing the sales cycle, based out of our corporate headquarters office in Farmington Hills, MI (not a remote position).

Minimum of five years of experience; experience in the Food and Beverage Industry is a must.

• Source new sales opportunities through sales research, inbound follow-up, and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Be the internal contact for the brokerage companies we have under contract.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the scope of the position.
• Work with the SBF management team and channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
• Maintain product sell sheets and individual product specification sheets.
• Be able to plan trade shows, organize product samples as needed by the sales team, and be available to go to these events when needed.
• Limited travel to key customers when asked by supervisor.

• History of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
• Experience working with proven inside sales experience.
• or similar CRM experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Friendly phone attitude on phone calls & in TEAM discussions, meetings, and with customers.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
