Perks- Pay Rate: $19.50/hour (pay rate set by current contract; subject to future increases)

- Uniform:
Business casual uniform, consisting of a black polo and khaki pants or navy depending on position.

Part‑Time 1st & 2nd Shift (7am‑3pm/3pm‑11pm) Every Other Wed. 1st Shift, Every Thurs & Fri 1st shift, Every Other Sat & Sun 2nd Shift (Howard City)
Locations:
Rockford, MI and Howard City, MI
- Customer Service - provide the highest level of customer service when interacting with employees, visitors, and co‑workers.
- Mobile Patrol - drive the security vehicle around the site, patrolling parking lots and building exteriors.
- Patrolling - walk the interior and exterior of the various office buildings on site, keeping an eye out for security, safety, and maintenance issues.
- Reliability - report for your shift on time, presentable, and in the prescribed uniform.
- Friendly Personality - balance outstanding customer service while maintaining client policies and enforcing rules.
- Follow Company and Client Policies - read and interpret written posts, follow procedures, and ensure tasks are completed throughout the shift.
- Use of De‑escalation Techniques - defuse situations through verbal judo and other communication tactics.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Must have military, security, or law enforcement experience.
- Must have either a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must not have any felony convictions and must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug test at the time of hire and randomly thereafter.
- Must present a friendly, positive, and professional image.
- Must be willing to become CPR/First Aid/AED Certified.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a good driving record: less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years; less than 2 at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years; no other major violations in the last 3 years.
- Physical Requirements:
sit, stand or walk for duration of shift; walk long distances, possibly up and down stairs; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; respond to emergency situations promptly.
