As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors, communicate clearly, and document observations and concerns.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and visitor traffic, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and direct individuals to appropriate areas in accordance with site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, and medical situations, and communicate with site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.

+ Complete timely reports and logs on patrol observations, incidents, and security-related issues, and notify management of conditions requiring follow-up.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
