Security Officer - Part Time

Position: Security Officer - Part Time Afternoons
Location: Carleton

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech and/or telecom location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points; document observations and report concerns.;
Monitor access control points and building activity, verify credentials as required, and help to deter unauthorized entry by maintaining a visible presence and following post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; provide assistance, notifications, and coordination with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.;
Complete timely reports, logs, and incident documentation; communicate security-related information to leadership and/or the site team using approved tools and radio procedures.
