Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, screening and directing visitors, and supporting access control activities for a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff, visitors, and emergency contacts as needed;
Monitor lobby activity, visitor logs, badges, deliveries, and/or incoming calls to help support a professional front desk operation and help to deter unauthorized access;
Complete reports and document security-related incidents, unusual activity, and/or visitor interactions in accordance with Allied Universal and site policies
