** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify security-related concerns and/or policy violations.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, visitor activity, and/or delivery traffic to help support authorized access, protect property, and report suspicious behavior or conditions.

+ Observe facility operations for potential hazards, equipment issues, spills, and/or unauthorized activity, and report concerns to the appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
