** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Greet employees, patients, visitors, and vendors while monitoring lobby activity and helping to manage access control and visitor check-in procedures.

+ Answer questions, provide directions, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, appointments, and/or unusual activity.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns through proper channels.

+ Monitor entry points, cameras, phones, and/or alarm notifications from the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and support daily operations in a healthcare location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
