Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate with site personnel regarding security-related concerns and/or changing conditions;
Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with routine inquiries, and following post orders for assigned patrol routes and incident response
