As a Security Officer Patrol Representative in Three Rivers, MI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will be part of a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity everyday.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, warehouses, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and support access control procedures for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries.
• Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or public emergency responders as needed regarding security-related concerns, incidents, and daily activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
