• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”):
  You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program:
  In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out assigned security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, and/or guests in accordance with site protocols and badge requirements.
• Support security‑related operations by completing incident reports, noting maintenance or access concerns, and communicating clearly with team members during shifts and post activities.

• Possess at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• A CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
