As a Security Officer Access Control in Lawton, MI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Monday – Friday, 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify security‑related concerns and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit points, visitor activity, and/or delivery traffic to help support authorized access, protect property, and report suspicious behavior or conditions.
• Observe facility operations for potential hazards, equipment issues, spills, and/or unauthorized activity, and report concerns to the appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
