The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a Corrections Officer to oversee custody and care of inmates at the Van Buren County Jail. You will report to the Corrections Sergeant and ensure a secure, humane environment in line with jail policies.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience, plus a Michigan driver’s license and successful completion of MSCTC LCOPAT requirements. The position requires 12-hour shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
