Home Genius Exteriors is seeking experienced subcontractor crews for ongoing residential exterior projects. We're growing fast and looking to partner with dependable professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
We offer consistent work volume and flexibility to keep your crews busy year-round. We just wrapped up our 6th fiscal year at over $270M in installed work and are projected to grow to over $500M in net sales in 2026.
We are currently hiring subcontractors for:
Vinyl Siding Installation
Hardie Siding Installation
Metal Roofing
Asphalt Shingle Roofing
Gutter Installation
Fascia & Soffit Work
Requirements:
Active General Liability Insurance (minimum $1,000,000 coverage)
Proven experience in your trade with reliable, skilled crews
Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation
Professional references from recent installations
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe job site
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
