Trillium Staffing is now seeking an Industrial Electrician on 1st Shift for a direct-hire position!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm (with overtime and weekend availability as needed). Pay:
Up to $42.85/hour, based on experience.

We're seeking an Electrician to join our union team. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code, performing electrical installations, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing a wide range of production and process equipment. You'll support plant reliability through preventive maintenance and hands-on work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.

-Assemble, install, repair, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipment (pumps, conveyors, bearings, etc.).
-Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machinery.
-Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics to diagnose and resolve issues.
-Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
-Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify specifications.
-Perform welding, machining, fabrication, and parts rebuilding/refurbishing as needed.
-Maintain compliance with OSHA safety and health standards.
-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in safety, housekeeping, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

-Strong industrial electrical background; experienced with hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC systems.
-Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings.
