Job Description:
As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be a key technical resource ensuring our commercial clients' critical systems operate at peak efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality service and professional representation in the field. This role offers significant growth potential through company-sponsored ongoing training to further develop your technical expertise. Field work will include, but not be limited to:
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a broad spectrum of commercial HVAC equipment
- Working proficiently on:
- Rooftop Units (RTUs)
- Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS)
- Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Systems
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Split Systems
- Chillers
- Cooling Towers
- Heat Pumps
- Collaborating with the fellow technicians and Director of Service on complex diagnostic situations
- Executing comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment lifespan and prevent costly downtime
- Serving as a professional representative, clearly communicating technical findings and proposed resolutions to clients
Qualifications:
- Experience: verifiable experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician
- Certification: Current EPA Section 608 Universal Certification is required
- Technical Acumen: Proven expertise in electrical, refrigeration, pneumatics, and hydronics systems common in commercial settings
- Logistics: Must possess a valid driver s license and maintain a clean driving record
