Handyman - Golf Course and Facilities

Shepherd's Hollow Golf Club is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team in Clarkston, MI. This role involves maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment throughout the property to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our staff members and guests.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, golf course facilities, and equipment.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and misc. repairs as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and identify potential issues before they become problems.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, and communicate needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other staff members to support smooth course and facility operations.

• Proven experience as a handyman or in general maintenance roles.
• Skilled in a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, light electrical and HVAC work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Effective communication skills, professional attitude and a team-oriented approach.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility in hours, this could be a part time to full time position.

• Competitive hourly pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
