• $25.00 – $35.00 per hour starting wage.
• Interesting and challenging projects generally working Monday-Friday. Flexibility on work hours required based on project needs.
• Year-round work.
• Discretionary bonus based on personal contributions and company results.

• Company-paid hotel accommodations and up to $200 per week in per diem for out-of-town work.

• Work on a variety of commercial construction projects, from framing to finishing.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to build high-quality structures.
• Read blueprints and follow project specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

• Physical Strength and Stamina. This is a hands-on, physical job. You’ll need to be able to work outdoors; lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day, as well as climb ladders, lifts and scaffolding.
• Team Player. We work together to get the job done. A positive attitude, ability to work well with others, and take direction are a must.
• Attention to Detail. Quality and safety are our top priority. We need team members who are aware of their surroundings, precise and committed to doing the job right.
• Experience in carpentry (but we’re happy to train those new to the field).
