• Operate drilling equipment, including mud rotary, reverse circulation, bucket drilling and auger drilling rigs
• Perform pump setting and installation of submersible and line shaft turbines
• Maintain and repair drilling equipment as needed
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

• Experience as a water well driller (certification preferred)
• Proficiency in the use of mud rotary, reverse circulation, bucket drilling, and auger drilling techniques
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
• Valid CDL License with clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
