$25.00 – $40.00+ per hour (uncapped commission) Top performers earn $50+ per hour $3,000 sign‑on bonus for HVAC Lead Installers who work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule

- Install HVAC equipment in accordance with safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
- Pre‑measure job sites to ensure proper preparation and efficient installation.
- Properly connect and test HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- 2–5 years of lead HVAC installation experience (required)
- HVAC degree or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
