• Deliver high-quality interior and exterior painting.
• Prep surfaces thoroughly and apply paints with precision using brushes, rollers, sprayers, and more.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites, protecting each client's space as if it were your own.
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients, team members, and project managers.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure top-tier project execution — the McCaffrey Way.

• Professional residential painting experience.
• Familiarity with tools, materials, and techniques.
• An eye for detail and a standard of excellence.
• Clean, organized work habits and strong safety awareness.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
• Strong communication skills and pride in a job well done.

• 5-in-1 tool, caulk gun, putty knives, scrapers.
• Quality brushes (2.5” sash, 3” exterior), roller frame, cut bucket.

• $19–$24/hour, based on experience.
• 401(k) with employer match.
