In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the execution of high-quality residential, commercial, industrial, and government construction projects across Michigan. - Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans for carpentry tasks.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials like wood, drywall, and trim using hand and power tools.
- Perform framing (walls, floors, roofs) and finish carpentry (doors, windows, cabinetry, trim).
- Install or repair stairs, flooring, drywall, siding, windows, doors, and related structures.
- Maintain jobsite safety and organization at all times.
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow crew members to complete construction phases on schedule.
- Use and maintain tools properly; assist with tool inventory and upkeep.
- Document completed work, material use, and time spent daily.
- Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Support a team-first jobsite culture and participate in continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is a plus.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and interpreting blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Physically able to perform construction tasks in various jobsite conditions.
- No certifications or licenses required.

Full-Time, Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as needed.
