Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Fremont

Nestle -  - Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance, install and/or repair facilities and related equipment;
Monthly after-hours call rotation involving containment and correcting emergency situations with minimal damage to the facility;
Schedule, prioritize and document workload and maintain work records on equipment;
Attend necessary equipment / systems training to maintain or gain knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, electrical, HVAC, general mechanical, plumbing, network and building management systems;
Utilizes technical materials such as equipment manuals, SDS, safety materials, system and equipment drawings, PID's, schematics, and blueprints to troubleshoot and maintain systems
