Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and finish drywall to ensure a flawless look.
• Construct and install various carpentry projects including cabinets, shelves, and trim work.
• Assess job sites to determine project needs and materials required.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing structures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

• Proven experience in drywall installation and carpentry.
• Knowledge of tools and techniques used in carpentry and drywall work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
