• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy‑duty trucks and equipment
• Work on diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and driveline components
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to keep equipment safe and reliable
• Partner with the Service Manager to prioritize repairs and communicate issues clearly
• Complete work orders and service documentation accurately
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Heavy Truck Certifications required
• Strong hands‑on diesel mechanic experience
• Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while still being a solid teammate
