We're hiring a Skilled Carpenter to join our crew. If you take pride in quality workmanship and want a stable, team‑oriented environment -- this is the place.

• Perform general carpentry on residential and light commercial projects
• Work on additions, framing, decks, remodels, siding, and exterior renovations
• Assist with metal roofing and pole barn / post‑frame construction
• Follow project scope, safety expectations, and company procedures
• Work closely with Project Managers and crew members
• Help maintain tools, trailers, and job site organization
• Assist with cleanup and shopkeeping as needed

• 3-5 years of carpentry, remodeling, or framing experience
• Understanding of general construction best practices
• Team‑oriented with respectful communication skills
• Dependable, adaptable, and safety‑conscious
• Physically able to work at heights
• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation to job sites
• Smartphone for time tracking (company systems provided)

• Full‑time, W-2 employment
• $45,000 - $60,000 annually
