Haley Mechanical in Dexter, Michigan is seeking a skilled Weekend HVAC Service Technician to join our residential HVAC team. This position offers a 4-day work week from Friday to Monday, allowing for optimal work-life balance while maximizing earnings potential.
The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to safety policies. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in HVAC and a strong service mindset.
This role provides financial incentives through hourly pay and uncapped commission, allowing for total earnings above $55/hour.
