Electrician

Loadmaster is a rapidly growing national manufacturer of refuse trucks with customers all over the country. Garbage never stops, it always needs to be picked up no matter the weather or the economy and our products play an integral role in that process. Some of our customers include major cities and hauling companies who depend on our products in order to keep their cities, parks, and towns clean and healthy.

We are looking for an electrician to join the team.

No travel required, home every night.

Weekly Schedule:

Monday - Thursday:

6:00 a.m.

- 4:30 p.m.

Fridays:

As needed.

• Installing, maintaining, modifying and repairing electrical systems in all buildings
• Regularly testing systems and inspecting components.
• Using blueprints, wiring diagrams to identifying electrical problems and repairing them
• Advising the company's management when to replace aged electrical equipment to prevent hazards
• Conducting general electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting electrical issues with testing equipment to complete projects.
• Diagnosing electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools
• Keeping accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
• Job may include working on facility repairs, groundskeeping, or mechanical equipment repair when needed
• Adhering to OSHA safety standards and local building codes to prevent fires, shocks, and other electrical hazards.

• Valid state electrician license
• Mastery of hand and power tools and a deep understanding of electrical theory.
• Valid driver's license
• Strong problem – solving and communication skills
• Troubleshooting skills to determine electrical malfunctions
• Ability to identify wires by their distinct colors
• Strong manual dexterity and eye to hand coordination
• Ability to stand for long periods, kneel, climb, and lift 50+ pounds.
