This position is built around PHYSICAL LABOR.
Yes, you may operate equipment at times — but that is NOT the primary role at entry level.
The majority of your day will involve:
- Digging trenches
- Using shovels, rakes, and hand tools
- Site cleanup and preparation
- Loading and unloading materials
Working outdoors in heat, mud, dust, and changing weather - Supporting crews wherever needed
This is hands‑on, boots‑on‑the‑ground work for people who are willing to WORK.

POSITION DETAILS- Entry‑Level Laborer / Equipment Operator
- Full‑Time
- Weekly Pay
- Starting Pay: $20–$28 per hour
- Overtime opportunities available
- Out‑of‑town travel required during busy season
- CDL-A — NOT Required
- Heavy equipment training provided to the right candidate
- Perform physical labor on active jobsites
- Assist crews with trenching, grading, and site preparation
- Operate hand tools safely and efficiently
- Learn equipment operation through hands‑on training
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily
- Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations
- Work as part of a fast‑moving construction team

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2+ years of experience working with heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standards.
- Ability to maintain, inspect, clean, and occasionally repair pieces of heavy equipment.
- Keen attention to detail and situational awareness to maintain the safety of the work environment.
- Strong work ethic.
- Demolition experience
- Excavating experience
- Doubles and Triples endorsements
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
