SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) seeks an experienced Shop Manager / Diesel Mechanic to lead a shop team, perform repairs, and maintain our diesel-powered fleet of trucks, mixers, and heavy equipment. You will mentor technicians, enforce safety standards, and schedule preventative maintenance.
You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, use diagnostic tools, and oversee repairs from rebuilds to component replacements.
