Our company is looking for Construction Laborers to install insulation.

While candidates with construction experience are , we will train any person who is willing to work hard and take pride in your craft.

Starting hourly pay is based on work experience

• In this role, you will install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam insulation systems into walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
• You will also conduct blower door tests to evaluate whether buildings are airtight. You must be capable of performing physical work both indoors and outdoors.

Work Schedule & Duties:

• Report at 7:30 am, Load materials, Go to local construction sites in our trucks.
• Operate various insulation machines
• Install insulation.

Requirements and

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate ()
• Previous construction experience ()
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and ladders
• Comfort working both indoors and outdoors
• Valid driver's license
• Flexible schedule
• Physical stamina
