Agent de maintenance Polyvalent bâtiment- Electricien - Ponts de Cé; F​/H

Job Title

The Department is looking for an electrician maintenance agent to carry out maintenance interventions in 12 colleges in the Ponts de Cé sector. As a building maintenance agent - electrician, you will work on electricity but also on all trades. You are responsible for the completion of your tasks while respecting the planned intervention deadlines:

Anticipate and plan your interventions, analyze plans, diagrams, surveys, locations, list and carry out the survey of needs, material, materials, ensure the implementation and report. Electrical work (50%):
You will be responsible for:

Diagnose an electrical fault and carry out troubleshooting both in strong current and weak current, ensure preventive maintenance of installations with updating of plans and records in the safety register, accompany the control offices and bring the installations into compliance. Update electrical schemes, apply protection measures, respect health and safety rules ry out missions in connection with the level of electrical qualification required on the post (B0,  , BC, B2V, H0V).

Building versatility work (30%):
Carry out first-level work in plumbing, locksmithing, glazing, carpentry, tile/tilework, painting, false ceilings, wall coverings. Ensure that the sites can accommodate the public and users in a safe manner with a good state of functioning of the installations (10%) Participate in emergency interventions or/and in reinforcement (5%) Respect health and safety rules at work, in the organization of missions (5%)

Profile sought:
You can apply if you have a diploma in electricity (BAC PRO, BAC, Master's Certificate, Professional Certificate or equivalent); you have technical knowledge in building or are willing to train in certain trades (preventive and corrective maintenance all trades); you know how to read a building plan and an operating manual. You know the operation of networks (water, gas, electricity), electrical standards, and safety and accessibility regulations of public reception establishments (ERP), even better but not mandatory (training possible).
