• Troubleshoot, and maintain precision injection molds.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize tooling and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose tooling issues and recommend or implement repair solutions.
• Read blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings to build and/or repair tooling to exact specifications.
• Operate manual machining equipment and precision measuring instruments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to read blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of injection molding process and tooling requirements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem solving ability.
• Toolroom equipment experience and understanding of machining processes.
• Skilled in the use of handheld measurement tools.
• A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality work.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Journeyman Toolmaker or Tool and Diemaker
