Maintenance Technician

As part of the maintenance team, and in close collaboration with production, your mission is to ensure the availability and reliability of production lines and associated equipment:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial installations (electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic)
• Diagnose breakdowns and intervene effectively on machines and workstations
• Prioritize interventions based on production stakes
• Perform repairs in compliance with safety, quality, and traceability requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement of maintenance practices and equipment reliability
• Contribute to reducing downtime and improving overall site performance
• Record interventions in the CMMS

The essentials to succeed in this position:

• Industrial maintenance training, electromechanics, or equivalent (minimum bac pro)
• First experience in industrial maintenance preferred
• Strong skills in electricity and mechanics
• Knowledge in electronics and pneumatics
• Ability to use diagnostic and measurement tools, attention paid to this step of the process
• Comfortable with computer tools and CMMS
• Commitment to respecting procedures, analytical mind, and team spirit
• Discipline, ability to prioritize
• Attention to workplace safety and good industrial practices

The position is based at our production site in Beaupreau - France.
