Location: Spring Lake
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Install, relocate, and assist with setup of new manufacturing equipment
- Inspect equipment and facility systems and address issues proactively
- Work with external vendors for specialized repairs and facility support (HVAC, building systems, etc.)
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and equipment performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on equipment testing and improvements
- Safely operate tools, lifts, and other maintenance equipment
- Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and prints
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
