Redwood Living Inc is seeking a Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to support our single-story apartment home neighborhoods. In this resident-focused role, you'll perform routine and preventive maintenance, complete work orders, and ensure homes and common areas are safe, functional, and well-kept. Responsibilities include basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs, unit turns, and inspections.
