Landscape Plant Care Crew Lead

• Lead job-related tasks, including site preparation and project setup
• Operate various landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Installation of landscaping features, hardscaping elements, and irrigation systems
• Support excavation and grading activities to ensure proper site development
• Apply lawn treatments, fertilizers, and other lawn care products as directed
• Help with snow removal operations during winter months to ensure safe and accessible properties
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times

• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or related field required
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus

Candidates should have at least one year of landscape or construction experience and be able to safely operate industry tools and equipment. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively, work independently or as part of a team, and has knowledge of landscape and construction materials and methods. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day, as well as a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
