Job Summary
Master Tech is seeking Field Service Technicians in the Mancelona, MI area. The successful Heavy Equipment Technician will maintain, diagnose, and repair a diverse line of heavy equipment—including construction, forestry, agricultural, aerial, and mining—throughout Northern Michigan.
Schedule & CompensationDay shift, Monday to Friday, 7AM start. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $45.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe role includes diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, performing maintenance, and using diagnostic software such as Cummins InSite, DDDL, JPro, CATET, Service Advisor, etc.
Key Qualifications- 4 or more years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic
- Completion of a Diesel Technology program preferred, not required
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience using diagnostic software (Cummins InSite, DDDL, JPro, CATET, Service Advisor, etc.)
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Valid driver's license; CDL preferred, not required
