As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues to determine the best course of action.
• Working in a variety of environments, including crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor areas.
• Using tools and handling small parts with precision and care.
• Ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in tight spaces, such as under sinks or in crawl spaces.
• Physical stamina to stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders for extended periods.
• The ability to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of seasonal conditions.
• Strong manual dexterity for handling tools and small parts.
